Music Box / Friday Night Mini FAQ

Why Friday - Whatever Happened to Saturday Night?
The short end of it is we are committed to showing Rocky Horror and Shock Treatment in an actual theater / cinema venue and both presentations of the movies will be on actual film. We did not want ballroom / digital showings and are committed to showing the films as they should be presented. We are doing it on Friday because theater scheduling issues led us to this decision, but we are in complete support of it and have actually come to really like the potential of what we can do with this schedule.

For many of you, we believe, this may be the last time you will see either/both Rocky Horror and Shock Treatment in a theater shown on actual celluloid film.

Holy goodness, this is going to be crazy.
We do have plans to make this as easy on both the performers and our audience as possible.

We will have a dedicated changing area for all performers to change/apply makeup and a security monitored area for all performers to store their belongings, and a system that will tie each persons bags to their individual con/performer bag.

We will be providing transportation from the Congress Hotel to the Music Box theater, and back again at the end of the night. People will also have to option to use their own transportation. You can also travel by taxi or public transportation (we will provide instructions for anyone that may wish to do this).

WARNING: You CAN NOT walk from the hotel to the theater - it is NOT a walkable distance.

We will provide more details on this as we get closer to the date and finalize them.

Saturday Night will be our grand Transylvania Carnivàle party.
